Bottle Returns & Equipment Responsibility
At Paradise Bottled Water, we use reusable bottles and rented dispensers to provide clean, dependable water service across our community. To keep deliveries running smoothly for everyone, we ask all customers to return empty bottles and take good care of any dispensers or equipment provided.
This page explains how bottle returns work, how to request an extra pickup, and what responsibilities apply while our bottles and equipment are in your possession.
Quick Bottle Return Checklist
To help avoid delays and keep your service on track:
- Leave your empty bottles out on your scheduled delivery day for pickup
- Keep bottles accessible (front porch, office entry, or your normal drop spot)
- Have extra bottles? Give us a call and we can pick them up the next time our truck is in your area
- If you’re unsure when we’ll be by, call us to confirm your adjusted pickup day.
How Bottle Returns Work
When we deliver full bottles, we pick up empty bottles at the same time whenever possible. Empty bottle returns are an essential part of our service because bottles are cleaned, sanitized, and reused for future deliveries.
If bottles aren’t available for pickup, it can create bottle shortages that impact scheduling and service for everyone—so we truly appreciate your help in keeping returns consistent.
Need Us to Pick Up Extra Bottles?
If you have extra bottles that have built up at your home or business, no problem.
Call us at 509.783.0253 and we will schedule a pickup the next time a Paradise Bottled Water truck is in your area.
This is one of the easiest ways to get caught up, especially after schedule changes, vacations, or busy seasons.
